When you request a quote from me for your project, you can expect a free over the phone or in person consultation. At the end of the consultation, you can expect to receive the exact cost and time for a smaller project and a ballpark estimate for larger projects. For larger projects, I will provide a calendar filled with day-to-day tasks and expected completion dates so that you know what the whole process will look like from start to finish.
When the work starts on your project, expect open lines of communication and to see me regularly on site throughout the life of your project. This allows us to freely discuss any questions or concerns you may have while the project is ongoing.
